I purchased a V 12 stick vacuum cleaner and while under warranty it developed a fault , I called the support team and they offered to send a replacement part ( which I agreed ) and 10 days later they cancelled , I called again and they said they would send out the part and yet again, 10 days later they cancelled the order, I called them again and they said they would replace the whole machine , but I had to post the faulty machine back to them first, I did this and now I have no hoover , I am now nearly a month without a hoover , I have called the support at least 10 times and all I get is ( we are escalating this and someone will call you in 24 hours , all lies , support used to be second to none at Dyson , but now it seems they farm out support to call centres and believe me it's not working ,
so please if anybody knows where or how I can get in touch with a complaint centre or a support centre that actually gives support , I would be very grateful , I have always bought Dyson products , but I will never buy from them again , I still have no Hoover and not once from the 12th of September till present day have I received an email from Dyson
