1 sept - reported issue with the machine - would not speak to my daughter but only the owner of the machine (why?)
2 Sept - called to report fault with machine - booked for collection on 13 Sept - said they would send a payment form for the £99 repair but never did arrive
13 Sept - waited in all day & machine not collected
14 Sept - called to say it was not collected - said it was because of payment not made - payment now made - new pickup booked for 27 Sept
17 Sept - dyson packed up (on website said don't need to as driver brings box but told on phone need to do this) - DPD collected box with Dyson in
11 October 11.41 am - called as not heard anything- cannot locate machine - gave DPD tracking number - will escalate my complaint and get back to me in 2 hours - waited in all day - they did not
11 October 16.18 pm - called as not heard anything - exactly the same as earlier and told will escalate the complaint
16 October – called again – told will escalate complaint and get back to me – no response
17 October –contacted Dyson Singapore via facebook messenger – no response
25 October – called again – spoke to Dennis – apparently to the DPD tracking Dyson was returned signed for on 18 September – I said this was not possible as it had not been collected until 17 September. He said he will escalate the complaint and send me an email – I said I would be surprised if this happened as I had not received a single call or email from Dyson to date. THANK YOU DENNIS YOU DID SEND ME AN EMAIL!!
28 October – send this summary through to Dennis at Dyson via returned email
31 October - email Dyson to say have not heard back from email on 28 October
4 November - email Dyson to say still no response
So you have my Dyson V7 and all component parts, £99 pre-payment for repair, all the information you need from me and in over 2 months Dyson you have not done a single thing for me and I have been left without a vacuum cleaner.
i now intend taking Dyson to the small claims court if someone could please give me Dyson’s UK head office address for the LBA (letter before action)
