I owned the V11 Outsize but in less than 2 years the bin closure mechanism failed & I was told the V11 was discontinued & a new bin couldn’t be provided. However Dyson replaced this machine with the new V15 Detect & I am extremely pleased with this machine. I do miss the outsized bin but overall a much better machine & not so heavy. Thank you Dyson for the quick efficient No-quibble replacement. Good customer support. UK
