Hi,

I’m honestly at my wit’s end here. My Dyson Airwrap stopped working, so I went through the exchange process. I returned my item successfully, but I still haven’t received my replacement.

At first, I was told the original color I had was out of stock, so I even agreed to switch to a different color to speed things up. But despite that, nothing has changed.

I’ve contacted Dyson customer service through chat multiple times, and every single time, they told me they’d get back to me within 48 hours. Guess what? No follow-up emails, no updates, nothing. No single email...And now my order status has been stuck on “waiting” for weeks.

I’m so frustrated and just want to know when I’m actually going to get my replacement. I’ve attached all the details they need, but it feels like I’m being ignored.

When will this issue be resolved? 

Finally, the delivery process for my Dyson has started today.

What frustrated me the most during this period were the countless hours I wasted chatting with Dyson customer service representatives. Each time, I had to explain my tracking number and order number in detail (despite they already had my account information). They would repeatedly ask me if I had actually sent the item back (even though the tracking clearly showed it had been delivered). These repetitive and tedious interactions drained my energy.

The most infuriating part was when a representative kindly assured me that they would get back to me within 48 hours, which I appreciated at the time, only for a week to pass with no response whatsoever.

Yesterday and today, I did everything I could to put an end to this exhausting communication with Dyson. I posted online, sent emails, and engaged in yet another long one-hour chat with customer service. I firmly asked them how many more times I had to go through this process and demanded a clear resolution.

I’m not sure if I was lucky to have encountered a competent representative today or if one of my efforts finally worked, but within a day of me expressing my frustration, the delivery finally began.

I’m so happy that I no longer have to waste my time on this.
