We buy  gen v detech 13.01.2024   With Z5S-EU-SBF6097A  serial number. We use in home this  machine. We complained to your Turkey unit because the header part was not attached to the pipe part, but they told us that they did not have a spare part and that there was an equivalent part. 10 days ago, we were informed that there was a spare part problem for the pipe and that we had to wait. We waited but no response was received and when we called, we were informed that the part problem had not been solved yet and that we could support you with an equivalent part if we wished. As Dyson users, we made the purchase by trusting your brand, but when we had a problem, you offered us a solution with a different color and an equivalent part, we could not use the vacuum cleaner and due to the sadness we experienced, we are complaining and suffering due to the lack of a spare part for a 1-year-old device and the deficiencies of your Turkish representative. We present it to your information
