I bought Dyson cyclone V10 animal two year ago. The machine does not working( push the trigger, the machine stop within 1 second). I call the Dyson customer service (Canada). They are vice nice and told me should replace the Main body of the machine. My warranty is espied I have to pay for the part. Ok. I pay the part. Dyson website is out of stock. Two weeks past nobody know when is available. why? Canada is low service.

We support our machines with spare parts and servicing for their warranty period and beyond. Despite global supply constraints, please be assured we’re doing everything we can to add new stock of spare parts and accessories as soon as we’re able to.
In the meantime, all we can suggest is ensuring you’re registered via our Notify me function so we can alert you via email when more stock is added.
