So. Does a company this size really not have a contact email address? Or a warranty form submission process? I seriously have to contact via phone or fight through the ai to get a human? When I could just type out or fill out a form, fully describing my issues and wait for a reply for next steps?
I thought my vacuum dying quickly was frustrating. If I would’ve known their customer service insists on making customers do a dance and waste the time they don’t have just to contact them about an issue with the machine that they supposedly back up.. I would’ve stuck with my reasonably priced cordless vacuums that functioned well for longer than my Dyson has.. I just hoped a Dyson would last longer than 1-2 years and make the cost worth it.. or at least have the ability to contact customer service without doing the Hokey Pokey..
