I have V10 and the extension tube won’t release. It’s totally jammed and I can’t empty or use it. I would appreciate help.
There was a previous post about this but I couldn’t see a reply...

I’m sorry to hear about this - for support in resolving this you would need to speak directly with the Dyson Customer Care team in your region. They’ll need to take some further details to walk you through either removing the wand manually, or organising a repair or replacement parts.
