Yesterday 11/30/24, I went to use my gen 5 detect with the fluffy optic carbon fiber brush. When I turned on the unit, the brush spun for a 1-second then stopped. I removed the brush and noticed tangled hair in the spools which I removed. I wash the brush then reassembled a few minutes ago. I am still experiencing the same issue. When I go to turn on the vacuum, the fluffy brush spins for about a second then stops. are there any tutorials on how to repair this? I cannot find any videos on you tube to address this. Thank you.
