I have been a long-time Dyson user, having owned the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal Pro 2, Dyson V15 Detect, and most recently, the GEN5 model.
With my first two devices, I did not experience any issues that required contacting your support team. However, with my latest GEN5 model, I have encountered multiple problems.
First, the wheels of the hard floor attachment broke unexpectedly. Additionally, I have noticed a significant decline in the device’s performance. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that the seals around the motor compartment are worn out and torn, causing an open gap. This gap is allowing air to circulate in an unintended manner, which likely contributes to the performance loss.
We could not able to receive adequate support through the local Dyson website.
After contacting customer support (was able to meet after waiting for about a month), he was advised to either send the device via courier or drop it off at the nearest service centre. We didn't want to get it fixed and wait for repair time, though.
I have sent email to questions@dyson.com but they’ve even not replied. I hope that you will not refuse to help me with this, and I really appreciate your quick response.
