Help needed with courier collection | Dyson Community

I am now waiting for my stick vacuum cleaner to be picked up for the third time. The courier doesn't turn up and I am spending time talking to Singapore!  They do nothing other than book anothef pickup which doesn't happen.  They tell me there's is no one senior to speak to me and there is no complaints department.  Any advice on solving this?  I just want to get it serviced/repaired.  They took my card details but that is as far as  have got.  Terrible service.
