I am writing to express my frustration with the customer service I have recently received from your team.
2 weeks back, I reached out to Dyson support regarding an issue with Dyson Hair Straightener but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The power cable of the straightener has melted in the electricity plug which could lead to fire in my house.
Despite following the steps suggested by your team, I have encountered further delays and a lack of effective communication. It is disheartening to experience such poor customer support when I’ve always trusted Dyson products for their quality.
They are telling me that it is physical damage !! What is the physical damage in causing a fire in my house and overall, they are refusing to replace the product.
I paid 2000 dirhams for nothing !! Very bad customer service and rude staff. I made a complain in Dubai consumer to get solution because I am hopeless about them to help me.
