 We had a problem with a Dyson machine that was not working they sent us a battery which did not solve the program they agreed to send us a new machine they just asked for us to return the product which we did in October. we confirmed it was in their Texas warehouse. They said we would receive the new vacuum in 15 business days we contacted Dyson  customer service at an international call center the agent who received the call said they had the machine and had a probe, in the wharehouse locating a number and that they would respond. 20 days later and two escalations. the customer team is unprofessional and never resolved the problem.
