I just bought a cordless vacuum V8 and from the first time i used the vacuum the motorhead was faulty; naturally I contacted the customer service and they offered me a replacement of the head and then they said they don’t have it in stock and i was advised to wait for a month. After a month I called them again and this time they said that I have to ship back the vacuum in order to get an exchange, which I did. To this date that I am writing this post, it’s been over a month since they have received my vacuum in their warehouse office in Ontario and I have not received a single email despite the fact that they told me it will be maximum of 15 business days for receiving the new vacuum. Not only they have done nothing, but also each time I call them they tell me that the issue has been escalated and I will receive an email with the tracking number within 24 - 48 hours!!! Guess what! I have received nothing!! I called them again today and they told me the new replacement has been released and they will email me the tracking today by EOD! Guess what! They lied again!! I have no idea what are they trying to do here! It seems like they are here to steal my money! I have paid $500 for this piece of junk about 3 months ago and have not had a vacuum for couple months now!!! This is ridiculous!! They are lying to my face each time I call them! If this is not stealing then someone explain me what is this all about!!!!!! I am so mad at myself that I have ever trusted them and shipped my vacuum to them in the first place assuming that they are a reputable business!! Should have done my homework before buying this piece of junk vacuum!! Just do yourself a favour and don’t go even near around Dyson, and go buy any other brand for far better pricing with honest decent customer service and far better performance something like Shark!
