Hi, I have bought my Dyson v15 when i was in the UK. Now I live in Turkey and the v15 keeps on stopping after 3 seconds. I reached the Turkish office and they refused to provide service for it. What can I do to attract Dyson to solve my issue? What makes it different that I am not able to get service in Turkey!

Here are some troubleshooting steps which you can follow to resolve your issue:
This machine is fitted with an automatic cut out. If any part becomes blocked, the machine may automatically cut out.
The display of your machine will alert you when simple maintenance steps are needed.
Kindly confirm which alert is showing?
