I have Dyson V8. I’ve moved to a flat with a wool carpet. Is there any attachment I can use on it?

I am no sure. May you switch the brush spinning to stop. Have you spoken woollen makers on cleaning help?
Dyson spinning may be strong and not work correctly.

Yes, the makers said not to use Dyson. This is why I wanted to ask here first, before I select another hoover

I imagine they’ve said this because woollen carpets are susceptible to high suction and a rotating brush bar. You wouldn’t want to damage the carpet.
Have they given any recommended as what to use instead!?
