No refund after 1 month

I have not received a refund of my order reference 1506167657. The item - vacuum cleaner head was returned because I bought the wrong replacement, was delivered back to Dyson via Parcelforce (return label provided by Dyson) on 28 November 2024 and the tracking reference TA2741265 shows this. I have spoken to at least 5 customer service agent and was provided a case reference 43765890. I keep getting told that my refund will be received in the next 5-7 working days but no refund to date. I’m getting a bit frustrated to honest. I asked the customer service agent today for a manager’s name to escalate the issue and they told me they cannot provide that to me. Can someone help me with this. Can’t believe I’m having this much hassle for a refund from a big and well known brand.

I also returned a vacuum cleaner head received by them 6 weeks ago. No refund called 8 times now and being told the same thing. This is a joke and unacceptable to keep people's money.

I finally got my refund on 13 January (item was returned on 28 November 2024) but not until making numerous calls and escalating the issue in the Dyson Community area. It seems that other people are also going through the same issues when getting a refund. Dyson need to do something to fix their poor process when it comes to refunds as I’m sure there are people who have lost money due to their incompetence.
