Have a non OEM battery in and it is the wrong one.

Hi Jack thank you but impossible to find. I already replaced the battery and it is the wrong one so I cant tell

The serial number may be on the main body of your machine, behind the clear bin.
To access it more easily, try pressing the red bin base release catch once, to open the bin base. Then with the base still open, press the same red catch a second time to disengage the clear bin itself:
You should then be able to see a serial number sticker on the main body:
