I returned my $599 Dyson hair styler in June 2024 because it stopped working, and I still haven't received anything back. I have received it; UPS confirmed they have it. I have documents that say that it's now March 2025. I have called weekly, sent emails regularly, and provided receipts and shipping labels, but I've received no response when I call. It's always the same thing: Your request has been escalated to the next level. It’s shameful how they treat their customers.
This hair styler was a Christmas gift from my husband, and we don't have a lot of money. He wanted to do something nice, believing the Dyson hair styler would be special, but it has turned into a terrible experience. I will tell anyone who asks about Dyson products to stay away!
Additionally, they have canceled my sign-in to their website, and I can no longer log in.
