I live in Turkey. On October 7, 2023, I purchased the Dyson V10 Absolute+ product from the Dyson website in Turkey. During the purchase process, the website connection was lost. I received confirmation from my bank that the payment was received. I have informed Dyson representatives in Turkey about the situation. They stated that they would open a case and conduct an investigation, assuring me that the problem would be resolved within 48 hours. I provided them with the reference code and approval code I obtained from my bank. It has been four days, but the issue is still unresolved. The process is progressing very slowly, and there is no communication regarding the progress.
Can you please assist me?
