Hello,

My Outsize plus head broke and I spoke to support and the ordered a replacement head.  I was told it was out of stock and the followed up a month later and was told the part order had an issue and they would order a new head.  But the part is still out of stock.  I understand parts issues but parts should be stocked to support a warranty.  I was offered a replacement V11, but the bin is less than half the size and the motor is less powerful.  I can deal with an exchange, but not a downgrade.  I am a first time Dyson owner and was very happy until the product broke,  please help resolve.  Can I get the warranty extended?
