Purchased in nov. Clogged from day 1 washed filter as directed small home mostly hardwood floors little dog no kids single. For the 5th time yesterday as I broke out my shark to vacuum up the mess from emptying ptying my dysoni took pics and called dyson support yesterday. It is disgusting.to empty. Dirt falling out of cup. Report told me to clean machine better.

Please ensure that you are emptying the bin as soon as the dirt reaches the level of the MAX mark.
Should the dirt in the bin exceed the MAX mark, the excess dirt can be pulled directly into the filter causing a blockage.
If the issue still persist visit Dyson.com and click Support to if you’d like to continue your conversation with Dyson Customer Care in your region.

Thank you. I am documenting the problems I've had with this items including day 1.it is a well documented problem among online users. My unit is faulty and should be replaced bought a vacuum which I use according to instructions. I hope others see these reviews before purchasing
+1Do you empty when it gets to MAX or stuff it up to the brim like most users, complaining later that vacuum clogs or filter needs washing ?
