I am feeling furious at this point. I purchased my V12 in Dec 2024. After just using it about 5 times it was impossible to detach the stick to empty the canister. I needed to find someone to help me. Customer service said they’d send return slip and a replacement. I returned the cleaner and then had to wait 3 weeks for the replacement. Well hard to believe but this one is even worse. I just opened the box , attached the stick which felt troublesome. I did not use vacuum but now cannot detach from canaster. I will need to find a neighbor to help. Obviously I do not ever want another. Will contact costumer service first thing tomorrow and now need to go out and purchase a working vacuum today because my carpets have not been vacuumed for more than 3 weeks. HELP. I do not have this kind of money to waste and need to be refunded.
