v15 cutting out


We have a v15 and recently it has taken a few starts to get going after it keeps on cutting out

This machine is fitted with an automatic cut out. For safety, it will automatically shut down if any part becomes blocked. The display will provide specific alerts, guiding you through the necessary maintenance steps.

Could you please confirm which alert is currently being displayed on your machine.

Hi, 

The cutting out is when it starts. It takes about 4 or 5 attempts before it actually properly be able to use. 
 

There is no alert on the display and from what we can see there is no blockage. Please help
