V15 Detect Absolute Only Powers For A Second or So | Dyson Community

Hi,

 

I recently received a V15 Detect Absolute and when I press the trigger it runs only for a second.   If I press the mode button a couple times then it will stay on when I press the trigger.

 

Any idea what is going on here before I call support?

@scottfwalter  It’s hard to tell, but it sounds like it may be the trigger button.
