The V15 hair screw tool barely removes cat and dog fur from carpets, jackets (even when held taut and flat). I wish I could use the attachment from my V6 mini motorized tool, because that was so much more effective at removing pet fur. This sounds. &@. Thank you so much for that link! It's a .uk site, and I can't find that equivalent on the .com site for US. I sent a question to the US site and waiting to hear back. Wish I had 3D printer to convert my V6 accessories! In fact, why doesn't Dyson have adapters so we can continue to use perfectly good older accessories with updated units.
Thank you so much! It seems that the accessories with the red latch are compatible with other models that use the same red connector latch. Apparently the V6 with the gray latch/button/whatever, isn’t compatible with any other model.
That’s not exactly true. All non motorised tools will work and are compatible but motorised tools are different. V12 and Gen5 use different fittings.
