It has BEEN VERY TRAUMATIC.
first of all they did not pay me back for a crevie tool i bought august 3rd got paid that two days ago after 5 phone calls.
they said all the mangers were in a meeting i was then told that the vacuum i bought that was sent back the day it arrived would take till the end of november for my rewfund, when i was told by two sepperate people one from honorus and another called erik it was 7 to 10 days.
dyson recieved vacum in the warehoue on the 24th october they told me that i bought it the 10th of October the customer service has been worst than terrible
the sad thing is i have a dyson that is 22 years old not picking up now so first i tryed to buy crevice tool they sent me the first one wrong party and the second wasting my time.
the vacuums was awful not the same quality as it once was.
i am in hospital and i think dyson are hoping i die so they dont have to pay my money back to my paypal account i am not waiting another 3 months yesterday i was on the phone for two hours i dont have the time for this trauma its terrible.
what a horrible expereince i know there are alot of complaints i read them and i am hoping that i receive my refund ASAP waiting 3 months for the last refund is not acceptable the amount due is $616.54
i will expect that money returened i will never shop with dyson again ever because of the customer service it is terrible
i am still waiting what a terrible company, this is dredful service to a once very loyal customer.
