I have sent and received confirmation that a second defective Dyson V15 detect vacuum was received by the “warehouse“. They said several times it will be sent out within 15 days. I have yet to receive any kind of notification that a vacuum has been sent. They say the exact same things every single time I call Customer Service. I am very tired of this as it was not a cheap vacuum…as everyone knows. I have not had a vacuum now for several weeks. This is the second defective vacuum with the exact same problem as the first defective vacuum. I just need a vacuum. Dyson has the defective vacuum, they have my money that I paid for the defective vacuum and I have nothing. Where is my vacuum? Where is Customer Service, what is really going on?
