Clean environment. Filters meticulously cleaned. Now, after two years it doesn’t run at all on Max mode and runs about 20 seconds on normal. Great vacuum cleaner except for dud batteries from the start.

Battery degradation is a natural process that occurs over time in all batteries. This degradation results in a gradual decrease in run time, but the level of degradation is typically very small over the years.
The run time of your machine varies based on the mode and attachments used:
- Eco Mode: Up to 30 minutes
- Medium Mode: Up to 20 minutes
- Boost Mode: Up to 5 minutes
- Powerful Mode: Up to 30 minutes
- MAX Mode: Up to 6 minutes
The overall run time can increase or decrease depending on the power mode and tool being used.
To get the best performance and longevity from your vacuum's battery, consider these tips:

Limit Max Power Mode Usage: Max mode is intended for short, intensive cleaning bursts. Frequent use can accelerate battery degradation.

Store at Room Temperature: Keep your vacuum in a cool, dry place, ideally between 18°C and 28°C. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources like radiators.

Allow the Machine to Cool: Let the battery run down completely at least once a month to help extend its life. Also, allow the machine to cool down after use before recharging.
Following these guidelines can help you maximize your battery's lifespan and maintain optimal performance.
