Hello there,
Sadly, the canister on my Dyson Ball Extra was incorrectly reattached post emptying it (e.g., canister). I cannot take the canister off now. It appears as though the canister is slightly threaded into the area where the red lever latches, but the red lever itself never latches.
is there a way to dismantle my vacuum and take the canister off from the bottom since it’s threaded on the top of the vacuum.

Sorry to see this has happened to your machine - as you’ve said, it looks like the bin may have been incorrectly assembled or incorrectly reattached after emptying.
If the clear bin and cyclone pack are firmly jammed in place, there’s nothing we can really recommend in this instance other than carefully applying some extra force when trying to remove them from the main body. If a part is damaged in doing this, a repair or a replacement part may be needed.
If you’re not comfortable doing this, you may prefer to book a repair for your machine, which you can do via Dyson.com by clicking Support and speaking with Dyson Customer Care in your region.
