I am exhausted talking with customer support and basically have no recourse now and nowhere to turn. I’m out a $700 vacuum with an inadequate replacement.
Bought a Dyson small-ball and the motor blew in two years. Then they replaced with another and that motor also blew.
Now the Dyson small-ball are discontinued so they sent a replacement vacuum call a Dyson Allergy but it sucks up all my area carpets and it very, very heavy. I asked them to replace and they said they have nothing but the cordless that are as light as my Dyson small-ball but they refused to take back my Dyson Allergy (which I cannot use!!), and send me an adequate replacement.
I even spoke with a “manager” today (my 3rd phone call in 3 weeks) and I could barely hear her for all the noise of people in the background. I explained my issue THREE times. And for the FOURTH time of her asking me what was wrong with my vacuum and that they would just repair it (what???) I actually hung-up.
But now I don’t have an adequate vacuum and ZERO recourse.
