Booked Dyson animal upright vacuum into repair. Nice job Dyson, simple as I'm in warranty.
DPD man turned up with a box too small for the Dyson. He made it my problem to make the Dyson fit in the box.
He was impatient and clearly late for something else. He didn't wait for me to learn how to dismantle the Dyson.
He left. I have dismantled the Dyson to fit in the too small box.
All Comms from Dyson has been one way - classic noreply@ emails - we can speak to you but you mustn't speak to us!
I am not sure what next to do?
