I have a gen5detect (SV23) and a gen5detect wand (with the built in brush). I cannot connect the wand to the head. The wand has a plastic tab between the two electrical pins but there is not a gap between sockets that the pins go in on the head. My older Dyson heads have a gap which allows the wand to connect. Can anyone explain the difference in connection types?
