Attempted to get my Dyson upright vacuum collected for repair (under the guarantee)! Absolutely appalling trying to contact anyone (held in phone queue several times for 20-40 mins) and when you eventually get through and book a collection - they don’t turn up. I have tried to get onto the ‘chat’ again today and that is not working!! Anyone got any advice or do I give up, go to Watch Dog and whoever else to ease my frustration and never buy Dyson again??
