I cannot seem to register my device

Hi, 

 

I have tried to register my device using your UK website, but it keeps showing up with an error message confirming that it is unable to allocate the product. 

 

I have tried to use the digital bot as well, but it cannot recognise my email either. 

 

Could I please obtain some assistance towards this matter whereby, providing myself with further assistance as to how I can go ahead and obtain registration for my product.
