Hi All, I wondered if someone can advise. I’ve got a faulty Big Ball animal 2. I spoke to an advisor last week who arranged for a collection today (16/07) I’ve waited in all day and no one’s arrived. I’ve called Dyson and got a “oh sorry to hear that” and they have rescheduled another collection for 7 days time. I kindly asked if a collection could be made earlier due to a up coming vacation and the time I’ve been without a working hover but was told a blunt “no”. I feel being without a hover for already 11 days with a pet and having to wait a further 7 days plus how ever long it will take to repair/replace unacceptable. Is there a complaints team I can speak to at all to escalate this and hopefully get it collected sooner?
