When will the stock be back for Smallball cleaner head?


expecting for the replacement of cleaner head, which stops spinning.

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty ordering a replacement cleaner head for your Dyson Small Ball™ upright. We support our machines with spare parts and servicing for their warranty period and beyond. Despite global supply constraints, please be assured we’re doing everything we can to add new stock of spare parts and accessories as soon as we’re able to.

In the meantime, all we can suggest is ensuring you’re registered via our Notify me function so we can alert you via email when more stock is added. If you haven’t already, you’re also welcome to reach out to your regional Dyson Customer Care team to discuss repair options by visiting Dyson.com and clicking Support.

yes, notification is on and i have received an email from Dyson which says it is now back to stock. in fact, it is still out of stock.

Depending on the quantity of stock available each time, some parts and accessories can sell out quickly when they’re re-added - we’d recommend ordering promptly on receiving the notification to avoid disappointment.

If you’ve missed out this time round, you’ll need to re-register so we can let you know when more stock is available, as you won’t remain registered for notifications indefinitely.

Hi, received an email from Dyson about restock at 10:48 in the morning. It is gone again when I saw the email at about 5pm. 
registered for notification again for stock update.

Same thing happened again. Dyson email said restock available and it was gone out of stock when i clicked to buy….

here is the list of spare parts vendors:

top two on the list have no stock, do i need to check all of them…..?

I did check all Dyson parts supplier from the list, no surprise, no stock from all of them…

Still no stock for this part. have received several rounds of email about restock, which was gone in seconds. 

This is a good opportunity to train patience.
