My headphones broke and I returned them. It’s now 3 weeks plus and despite 3 calls I’m getting no answers or an exchange. And now they’ve redesigned the headphones. This customer experience is awful.  I want to return the product and be done with Dyson. How do I do this? It’s so frustrating.

Welcome to the Dyson Community - I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had so far.

Just to confirm, our original Dyson Zone™️ headphones with air purification remain part of our current lineup, and sit alongside the Dyson OnTrac™️ headphones which are a new addition to the range. 

Outside of the original returns period it wouldn’t be possible to offer a refund, but I’ll be in touch directly to take some further details, to see what may have gone wrong with the exchange process.
