I bought a TP10 Gen 1, but my dog chewed up the remote. The remote is not available for re-order, so I was told to look at the manual for how to get the fan to work. The problem is: The manual doesn’t show you how to control the fan.
So, if you damage the remote ------you lost the fan as it can’t be controlled. This is a very expensive device and I would not have purchased if i knew this prior.
