Hi I'm having trouble with my Dyson Hot and Cold and had organised a return and repair. DPD were to collect today and Dyson said they would organise a box for the fan to go into. However when courier arrived the box was way too small and courier refused to take the fan as he couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't be damaged. How do I contact someone to organise a new collection with a proper sized box.
