Why is my Dyson heater only blowing hot air from one side of the loop amplifier?

pm09 blowing hot air from left hand side and cold air from right hand side why

please help …..thank you.

If your Dyson heater is blowing hot air from one side of the loop amplifier but not the other, it sounds as if the PTC ceramic heating element on one side may have failed.
