Having a serious issue with our Dyson DC43 corded vacuum. Every time I vacuum, the entire outside body is covered in dust! I have to wash the machine body and wash the filter after each use. Thinking it was a filter issue, I bought new filters for both the Hepa and the smaller centre one. This has not helped at all. I’ve spoken with Dyson who tried to troubleshoot twice. Their suggestion was to mail it to either Calgary Alberta or Ontario. (I’m in BC) There are no repair depots in BC. It is not under warranty so I have to pay for shipping to and from just to get the repair estimate. Not happy about doing that. Wondered if anyone in this community had any useful suggestions. Can see a puff of dust coming out of the side of the Dyson where the Hepa filter is also when I start it up. Tempted to order another filter but I don’t think that much dust should be blowing out from there in the first place. I’ve tried to check every seal I could find to no avail. Any suggestions what I could try before tossing it in trash? Thx in advance!
