the flap between the nozzle and bin is stuck in open position, usually give it a flick and it frees but seems really stuck ,how can I access it to free it

You’ll have to remove it, clean it and try to pry it open! If all else fails, you’ll have to seek a replacement part! This should give you a leg up!
