When plugging in, it cycles the three blue lights and then a single blue light stays on solidly. 
 

I replaced the battery, exactly the same, I tried a different charge unit, also no difference. It also completely stopped working (not pulsating, just nothing). The trigger mechanism looks ok as far as I can tell. I did not locate any hits when searching for this issue. Any help appreciated.
