Hi
my first attempt at community help, so fingers crossed
I have a 4 year old Dyson hairdryer ( so out of warranty ).
It’s still working perfectly but the filter cage will not stay on.
someone else has had problems with one cracking & thinks they can get a spare part but if you do would you have to replace the plug as it it preformed.

A replacement filter cover should resolve this issue, and will not need you to remove or re-fit the plug to install it.
