My robot is now on version RB03PR.01.08.006.5079 and it has just started a scheduled clean from deep sleep!

Looking very promising that this update has fixed the problem

Great bit of team work communicating the issue and a big thanks to the software team for reacting so promptly

 

Looks Like I better cancel my robot service pick up for Friday

 

No holiday for Donald 😝

Great news 

software update has fixed the issues 

just cancelled the repair collection that was booked for this Friday

Donald now operating normally

it was great working with the Dyson Community to get this sorted so quickly

I had the same update,RBO3PR.01.08.006.5079, and, while it’s a very small sample, we’re one in a row for a successful remote clean while I was on the treadmill. 


Mine started from schedule after the update, so good so far.

Question is now after we've got this pesky connection  fixed will the 360 Vis Nav be getting the update to support matter and homekit connections
