Dyson zone connectivity problems

Hello, i just bought the Dyson zone headphones. I followed all the instructions on the start up and the headphones were connected. Immediately after they where disconnected and a red Led started blinking. I hard reset the headphones and started again. Again the same issue, disconnected by themselves and a red Led blinking.

Any help is welcome!

Thanks for letting us know about this - a red flashing LED (even after a hard reset) suggests there’s a fault with your headphones. We'll need our Customer Care experts to take you through some further troubleshooting checks when you have your Dyson Zone™ headphones fully charged and easily to hand. If a replacement is needed, they’ll be able to discuss your options with you.
