I have a new wool loop carpet and I’ve been told that I can’t use a brush head on it.
I have a V11 Absoute xtra. Is there a head that I can buy to use without damaging my new carpet?
They recommend using a suction head only -

At this time, we don’t make a non-motorised cleaner head for the Dyson V11
vacuum. The rotating brush bar with nylon bristles and anti-static carbon fibre filaments plays an important part in this machine’s pickup performance across hard floors and carpets.
Although our engineers test across a very wide variety of popular floor coverings during development, we would always defer to the carpet manufacturer’s guidance as they’re best placed to advise on caring for their product.
