My wife and I are Physically Disabled, my wife using an electric wheelchair. We have throughout our property Flotex Flooring and would like to know before we purchase, if the V15 would be safe to use with our flooring? We have a cat.

We have received confirmation from the Dyson service engineers that the machine can be used on Flotex Flooring.

I’m no expert, but they’ve designed the heads to work across hard and carpeted flooring, I’d say you’d be safe. Especially if you’re using their hard floor fluffy head. If you’re overly concerned, speak to the flooring manufacture. They might suggest steering clear of using the other brush head.
