It seems impossible to locate a replacement battery for my Dyson robot vacuum. No one seems to stock them or be able to order them. Has ANYONE been able to get a replacement and if so, WHERE?

Their online store shows a message asking that ordered are placed over the telephone, as they don’t sell that part online. Battery ID 970049-01.
If they don’t have stock or can give you a reasonable timeframe on when this will become available, try https://www.partswarehouse.com/Dyson-360-Eye-s/243050.htm.
